I have been here several times and it never disappoints. The specialty pancakes are so good the servers are friendly and the wait is never long. The Mocktails are always on point. If ever in the area stop in. Also they server 2 non pork meat options for those of us who don't eat it.

Best place for breakfast or lunch in Coppell! Came in on a Sunday morning walked right in and were seated and served. Friendly, well staffed, clean, and fun atmosphere with a coffee bar inside! Everyone we encountered was kind, helpful and worked well together as a team. We had Robin as our server, she was so kind and helpful - being this was our first time, she took great care of us! We hope to have her again and can't wait to return. Highly recommend the burger, skillet, and coconut banana cream pancakes!

Wanting to go to Hemingway Brunch, but want to beat the lines and the people, I’ve got the place just for you. This place is located right off the northern end of the Denton Tap just before the Sam Rayburn Tollway, across a bridge — deep in the heart of Coppell. If you’re looking forward to mimosas during brunch and omelettes and spilling the queer tea, then this place might just be it for you. The grandeur and chic atmosphere gives this place a brand new meaning to having brunch with your friends — from near and afar. In this sense, I would’ve been the one that came from afar. There was barely any wait — in fact, we were seated immediately. The wait wasn’t long until we were asked about what drinks we wanted to start with, and which entrees we wanted to go with. I opted in for an English Breakfast tea option — of which it was prepared the British way with a kettle and milk on the side. I found that to be surprising because sometimes, a lot of Then came the brunch entrees — I opted for a Florentine omelette with goat cheese and lettuce, and hashbrowns. The hash brown texture was just right, and the goat cheese was very much spread out throughout the omelette. What made this stop unique was the way the hospitality portion of it played out — this place cannot match unlike any other brunch place — they checked up on us very often, making sure that our experience was top notch and never a bad one at any point given in time. I’ll definitely be back here soon to try more, of course, when I’m in town. If ever you’re trying to find a brunch spot that won’t break your bank, yet don’t want to drive out of the city of limits of Coppell, then the Double Yolk Cafe may just be the one spot for you, your friends, or both!

This place was so yummy! The staff was very friendly and the food had good portion sizes. The pancakes were amazing! I highly recommend them. The Kahlua drink is a must-try if you like Kahlua.

My Girlfriend and I ate here for the first time, and really enjoyed it. The food portions are big, quality and taste are excellent, and the atmosphere is nice. Very busy. We would just recommend that the pancake / waffle syrup be served warm, or given that option. Food was great, though and zero complaints. Value is excellent!

First time today and it was fantastic! Very crowded but we were seated immediately and served very quickly. The egg’s Benedict was so good!. I ordered my eggs firm and they were perfect. Very generous hollandaise sauce that was really good. Hash browns were also generous and cooked perfectly. With it being packed with people, it’s a little loud so they could use some sound absorbing ceiling material. Love that coffee comes with a carafe!

We had a great first time experience, from the moment you walk in the greeting and the speed of service is fast and efficient. We ordered the chicken fried steak/ scrambled eggs/pancakes and the berry bliss crepes and it was absolutely amazing. Fresh food made in house fresh squeezed orange juice and coffee. If you are looking for a great breakfast/brunch this is the place you should check out.
